Aerofly FS 2 – The next generation Flight Simulator! Experience virtual aviation in an unprecedented quality. The Aerofly FS 2 Flight Simulator offers excellent scenery graphics and extremely realistic flight physics. The support of VR-glasses and TrackIR allows a deep dive into the world of flying and elevates the Aerofly FS 2 up to a new stage of realism.
Take a seat in the Airbus A320 or the Boeing 747 and fly over the famous Golden Gate Bridge and land at the San Francisco International Airport – a variety of airplanes and more than 200 airports on the west coast of the USA are already included. During the flight ILS, VOR and NCB-navigation aids are available. Furthermore, a realistic lighting system with precise runway lighting and PAPI lights will guide your landing.
And no matter whether you wish to fly in the bright sunshine or through thick clouds, weather conditions and the day time can be individually adjusted. At first you can participate in an interactive flight school which teaches beginners as well as experienced players in 21 missions in the main features of flying. Furthermore Aerofly FS 2 is open for Add-ons and offers an SDK helping to create custom content. You can visit Aerosoft's official Aerofly FS 2 website, there you can find free downloads for the simulator.

Your best bet will be Cera and Milviz, and Dodosim. Following that is Nemeth, then Virtavia.
Dodosim Bell 206 - Despite being older visually, it is still the benchmark for how addon helicopters should fly. The most realistic helicopter flight dynamics on the market.
Cera - flight dynamics are default / basic, but systems-wise and looks-wise, they are near the top. They have a Bell 212, 412, 222, and Sikorsky UH-60L available.
Milviz has the Bell 407, MD530, and Chinook (the latter of which was a joint effort with Nemeth Designs) available. I can't speak to firsthand experience with their products, but all indications point to high quality in the looks, flight dynamics, and systems department. Nemeth Designs - Historically, THE FS helicopter developer, but many of their releases over the past couple of years have been obviously buggy, and their support is now to the point of being non-existent. The helicopters do look great, and overall the most polished seems to be the Mi-24 for FSX, but there are noticeable bugs and issues with each of their products, so I would do A LOT of research prior to buying one, at least to see what you can live with / tolerate. Virtavia - Simple systems and flight dynamics, but they still have some enjoyable offerings such as the AS365, SH-3, and Ka-50. There are a few more products out there as well, but if you want a solid rescue type, I would look at the following: Any of the Cera helicopters fit the rescue criteria. The Aerosoft Seahawk & Jayhawk package for FSX is older but is still a very solid and enjoyable representation of the SH-60B and HH-60J.
I posted a couple screenshots of their product over the past few days (featuring the USCG Jayhawk and a repaint of a Navy Seahawk).
